Maniac by Shia Labeouf, whose plot is “a film crew follows two serial killers documenting their exploits”,is a pale copy without the wonderful (very very) black humor of Man Bites Dog. Not to mention that Kid Cudi leaves much to be desired when it comes to master Molière’s language, although trying hard and seeming satisfied with himself. It’s just an awful mix between inaudible an incomprehensible.
Kid Cudi’s “Maniac” ain’t even part of the soundtrack: truth be told that short movie is a complete failure.
