Today was a good day for music with the launch of videos for 3 great songs.

Para One f. Teki Latex, “Lean On Me”

Para One, who first get known for being the fourth musketeers producing beats for French rap trio TTC, is now teaming with Teki Latex (here giving a autotuned vocal assist) to drop some feel-good smooth electrofunk track.
Detail: the video has been shot by the man himself. My props and can’t wait for Para One’s album “Passion” to hit shelves and iTunes store in June.

Grimes, “Nightmusic”

I was expecting something for ‘Genesis’ (even if there’s already one in a way) or for ‘Eight’, but the second video from the album “Visions” is dedicated to ‘Nightmusic’ and directed by John Londono for a very artsy aesthetic, just the way Claire Boucher likes when she’s the director.

Bonde do Rolê, “Kilo”

In France Bonde do Rolê got famous for being the jingle introducing the weather forecasts on French channel Canal +. It may seem awkward, but when you know the importance of the TV program, you understand it’s no joke.
And I can remember singing and sweating at We love Fantasy in september 2007 when the band first played in Paris. And sweating and singing again, but this time as one of their VIP at Social Club in 2008.
But their debut album “With Lasers” is a long way behind us now and they’re finally doing a come back with their second album “Tropicalbacanal”, still produced by Diplo, out everywhere June 26 and whose tracklist is massive:
