Could someone please tell me why the fuck there’s a skateboard in a YSL mascara campaign video? (around 0:25)
Even though Cara Delevingne is divine in it, it can prevent me to be fed up with that fashion-using-skateboarding-in-order-to-make-eveything-cooler thing -

Happy Holidays!

Factory 413 “Fuck Street Wear” Capsule Collection (Cara Delevingne’s everywhere)

Chad Muska’s store Factory 413 is taking the plunge and launching a capsule collection of apparel and accessories. What is planned to be the first installment of a bigger collection.
The “Fuck Street Wear” capsule is comprised of a custom-cut U.S. made tee, a classic trucker cap, premium knit beanie and a limited edition 413 deck (limited to 200 units).
And as if being one of the best shop in L.A, being backed by one of the most influential skater, and selling the most exclusive Supra products wasn’t enough, the lookbook features the most wanted models of the moment: Cara Delevingne, as well as ladies favorite since Lana Del Rey presented him to the world: Bradley Soileau. Add some OG skaters to it: Antwuan Dixon (he back!!), Jim Greco, The Mu$ka himself, jeweller Ben Baller, DJ Steve Aoki and you got a hell of a cast!

The video featuring Cara Delevingne promoting DSquared2 Resort 2013 collection is fun to watch, but as for the collection, just imagine it on an “average” person.
Yes, frightening… -
First Karlie Kloss hugging a tree like 20 feet from the ground, now Cara Delevingne with a tarentula on her face (photographed by Angelo Pennetta and styled by Cathy Kasterine for i-D magazine).
That new generation of models got guts! -
Top British stars of the catwalk, Cara Delevingne and Jourdan Dunn, will don a pair of wings for the annual Victoria’s Secret show in New York next week.
I wasn’t giving a eff about the so-called fashion show on November 7 because the artists who will play there are shit, but I’m now seriously reconsidering it.
-
At least a picture with a fashion model and a skateboard in which skateboarding is not hold up to ridicule (I mean, that deck is used properly, even if I would never dare to ollie Cara Delevingne)

Those Just Cavalli pants for Spring/Summer 2013 are fire!

As I said sooner, today is this tumblr first year anniversary and I’d like to thank the ever growing audience. I guess skateboarding, streetwear, high fashion, music and subculture do mix well :)
Merci!

Fashion’s Night Out is coming worldwide. I won’t lie, I can’t say I’m excited, but I did like Marc Jacobs’ humor on the official tee for the event (here worn by Cara Delevingne and Jessica Stam).

Anonymous asked: Apparently you're the dumbest motherfucker to throw shade out on the SUPERS. Stella and Kate's swag will never fade ha but you will, bitch. You don't know shit about your fashion so called "Skeetorialist" someone fire your ignorant Brazilian ass at spfw the tackiest shit to ever host a fashion week. Cara will NEVER walk for anything as epic cause she' ain't through enough. BYE
I’ve just received the above message through my tumblr inbox from an anonymous account who spit hate at Brazil, São Paulo Fashion Week, and the new model generation.
First, I’d like to congratulate that person for being so courageous.
Then, that same person doesn’t know the respect and love I show and share on Sundays for the super models.
And as a conclusion, I’d say that person shouldn’t take everything said on Twitter so literally (and should read more carefully), neither should he/she criticized something he/she doesn’t have a clue about. And last but not least: don’t underestimate Cara Delevingne.
So many people looking at and enclosed in the past instead of embracing the future… -
…and today she left her teenage years behind to enter her twenties, just like her bestie Karlie Kloss a couple weeks ago.
Happy 20 Cara Delevingne!By the way, Cara will be the main attraction on August 23 at Burberry new store’s inauguration party in São Paulo

With Freja’s return and Cara’s frivolity, there’s no way not to fall in love with Zara A/W12 campaign
After Agyness’ come back last week for small brand Cospon St confirmed yesterday with a Dr. Martens’ collaboration and offical video, today everybody was obsessed with Freja’s return for… Zara‘s Woman Autumn/Winter 2012 campaign!

While its direct competitor H&M chose Lana Del Rey, Zara decided to prove it could do wonders besides its usual mastery in offering the best from the catwalks revised and corrected for the general public: it managed to tame and tap M.I.A Danish androgynous beauty Freja Beha Erichsen through black and white moody images shot by David Sims.
The campaign opted for sobriety, preferring indoor scenes and intimate portraits which highlights it’s more about the mood than the clothes. As for the younger division of Zara Woman, Zara TRF, the face’s choice was no other than one of the biggest name rising in the model industry: Cara Delevingne.
Another significant name since the young woman is also Burberry’s muse and the kind of girl you would expect in a TopShop campaing, another direct competitor for Zara.

But in terms of images and content, I think that in that case, the following video works best:
-
Cara Delevingne turning atheists into believers
-
Ash blond hair.
